Usually, all orders will be shipped out the next business day. As the general rule, processing time plus shipping time equals total delivery time.We will do our every effort to make sure you receive the parcel in time.

All packages should be sent via a trackable method. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. Please pay attention to that the original shipping charges are non-refundable. So please contact us with all your questions and concerns before placing your order.
All items can only exchange for equal price replacement, please be aware that we will issue the replacements only after your returns have been received.
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it later, please contact our customer service representative as soon as possible. But if your order has been dispatched, we will have no way to cancel it.
